&nbsp;\u91cc\u9762\u5f88\u591a\u653b\u51fb IP\u662f\u5728 198.252.16.0\/20\u91cc . \u8fd9\u4e2a\u6bb5\u662fARIN\u5206\u914d\u7ed9IBM\u7684.<\/p>\n<p>  \u8fd9\u4e2a\u6bb5\u7531AS53636\u5e7f\u64ad, \u4e5f\u662fAS53636\u552f\u4e00\u5e7f\u64ad\u7684\u6bb5, AS53636\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u4e0a\u6e38\u662fAS48198(\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u516c\u53f8) , AS48198 \u552f\u4e00\u7684\u4e0a\u6e38\u662fLevel3.<\/p>\n<p>  AS48198\u572811\u670826\u65e5\u5c06IBM\u7684 198.252.16.0\/20 \u52a0\u5230\u4e86RADB IRR\u91cc, \u7136\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u5e7f\u64ad.<\/p>\n<p>  \u76f8\u4fe1 AS53636 \u548c AS48198 \u662f\u7528\u6765\u4e13\u95e8\u52ab\u6301IP\u7136\u540e\u7528\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u5404\u79cd\u9ed1\u4ea7, DDOS \u7b49\u6d3b\u52a8. <\/p>\n<p>  \u5df2\u7ecf\u62a5\u544a\u7ed9IBM\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7.<\/p>\n<p>  UPDATE: 185.220.101.0\/24 \u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e5f\u662f\u9ed1\u4ea7\u6bb5.<\/p>\n<p>  UPDATE2: RADB\u5df2\u7ecf\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e2aIRR\u8bb0\u5f55\u5220\u9664.\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>  \t\t\t\t\t<strong>tir<\/strong>  \t\t\t\t\u5927\u4f6c\u6709\u8bdd\u8bf4 : \t<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>  \t\t \u672c\u5e16\u6700\u540e\u7531 tir \u4e8e 2020-12-9 01:33 \u7f16\u8f91 <\/p>\n<p> \u77e5\u9053\u4e86\u77e5\u9053\u4e86\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u8001\u677f\uff0c\u522b\u4eba\u90fd\u662f\u4e3e\u62a5\u7ed9\u673a\u623f\u5c01\u4e86\uff0c\u4f60\u76f4\u63a5\u5c01IPAS &#8230;
