Job Expectations:<\/p>\n

Strong at architecture\/design\/implementation and deployments of complex software components and systems<\/p>\n

Follow secure programming and web application security best practices<\/p>\n

Regular practice of CI\/CD<\/p>\n

design,coding, troubleshooting, work breakdown, work estimation, re factor strategies,automated testing, etc.<\/p>\n

Work closely with the other teams to optimize system architecture and project efficiency<\/p>\n

Partner with our Product Owner to plan work and prioritization<\/p>\n

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.<\/p>\n

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.<\/p>\n

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.<\/p>\n

Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.<\/p>\n

Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.<\/p>\n

Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.<\/p>\n

Design,develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.<\/p>\n

Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions<\/p>\n

Package and support deployment of releases.<\/p>\n

Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.<\/p>\n

Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentationof rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.<\/p>\n

Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time andon budget.<\/p>\n

Provide third-level support to users.<\/p>\n

Flexible schedule to work with other time zones<\/p>\n

Research and evaluate a variety of software products<\/p>\n

Knowledge, Skill sand Abilities:<\/p>\n

Required:<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of system architecture, best practices and design patterns<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of design and implementation of distributed systems and cloud based architectures (SOA,<\/p>\n

SQL\/NoSQL, Micro Services, Message Queue, Docker, etc)<\/p>\n

Expert knowledge of and ability to communicate software architecture and design principles<\/p>\n

Expert in writing testable software<\/p>\n

Expert in design patterns which decouple the UI from the business logic<\/p>\n

Proven track record being technical lead of software projects from inception to successful release<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge in CI\/CD systems<\/p>\n

Proficient with Object Oriented programming\u00b7<\/p>\n

Experience with source control systems<\/p>\n

Experience with agile development methodologie<\/p>\n

Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization<\/p>\n

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes<\/p>\n

Writes and implements quality procedures<\/p>\n

Must be able to manage the team’s day to day matters: scheduling resources, time off requests, feedback on a timely consistent basis<\/p>\n

Monitor team members productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching as needed<\/p>\n

Preferred:<\/p>\n

Experience effectively working with remote teams<\/p>\n

Experience with user interface design and prototyping<\/p>\n

Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n

Generally, requires a minimum of five(5) to ten (10) years of experience with software development, design patterns,<\/p>\n
