求帮：搬瓦工BWG如何申请退款未开通的订单？
1、通过PayPal买了台搬瓦工BWG GIA-E 三个月80多美金，但已经3天了还没有开通，准备退了，目前订单状态是：Pending 提示：Service still pending and will be activated automatically when we receive payment.
2、发Tickets时选择了该订单，告知请取消该订单并退款，得到的回复是：

https://bandwagonhost.com/refund.php
3、访问该地址提示：
This account is not eligible for a refund due to the following reason(s):
Account created more than 30 days ago
账号已经注册超过30天，退不了，我现在是申请退款的是已支付但没有开通的订单，确叫我走该方式退款，感觉有点无赖！搬瓦工BWG现在体验极差！！
请问应该如何正确退款该订单？是否可以直接走PayPal争议该订单？具体如何操作请说下，谢了各位
