让提供身份证和水电费，提供身份证我知道，水电费应该如何提供？提供中国的可以？

with these documents :
1- An official Identification card provided by the ** of your
state or country.
2- A utility bill stating your name and address that is not older than 2
months (A gas, phone, bank or any other utility bill)
