第一层，为指定com归whois.verisign-grs.com管理，
第二层，whois.verisign-grs.com通知presstv.com的记录请去whois.instra.net查询，但是提供的ns记录并不是whois.instra.net提供的
第三层，presstv.com的指定注册商whois.instra.net的信息。
很明显，whois.verisign-grs.com直接强制指定ns，并没有去认可whois.instra.net的信息。
在第二层的时候，ns记录已经被篡改
whois.verisign-grs.com告知注册局为whois.instra.net
但是呢
whois.verisign-grs.com的ns记录跟whois.instra.net的记录值并不一致
