Android app bundle 内部测试最好的解决办法是什么？

我们的项目使用 app bundle 格式打包，在内部测试的环节，每次给测试分配一个 aab 包，然后测试们使用 bundletool 工具转换安装。感觉过程很麻烦，请问有什么更优的方案。
目前研究中的两个方案：
1. firebase distribution
不支持 app bundle
2. google play console internal testing
此方案需要版本号自增，但是内部测试不希望频繁更改版本号
