Unfortunately, this morning, our core router (A new Juniper purchased very recently) has completely fried. This was an unexpected event given the fact that it’s brand-new hardware deployed to our network. We are currently working on replacing the core router with our older model – and sending the Juniper to RMA for repair and ask for further details from the manufacturer. The ETA is one hour.
Our sincere apologies for the hassle this may cause to you.
Update: 2:40 PM GMT +0
We are setting up the BGP, the network should be online within 30 minutes.
Update: 3:15 PM GMT +0
The whole team is presently finalizing the last tweaks/changes to the old core router.
Please do bear with us. we are doing our best to bring the network online as soon as possible.

大约1个月吧，这家 宕机后 一个月恢复是很正常的，数据能不能拿回来看天意。
