请问 windows 平台下有类似的“通知程序”吗？

项目在部署平台上编译部署时间比较久，一般都是切换去做别的事情，想有一个本地程序能配置 webhooks，接受持续集成平台的部署完成推送，程序收到推送后右下角弹出提示框。 大概需求就是如此，不知道 V 友们是否了解到有没有现成的可用？感谢~~~ 或者有没有别的替代方案可以及时收到部署完成的通知？（本身持续集成没有继承任何通知功能，只有 webconsole 中的日志提示，但是 webhooks 是有的）

    Git for Windows 有带一个命令行工具 wintoast，可以通过命令行显示通知。
    $ wintoast –help
    WinToast Console Example [OPTIONS]
    –action : Set the actions in buttons
    –aumi : Set the App User Model Id
    –appname : Set the default appname
    –appid : Set the App Id
    –expirems : Set the default expiration time
    –text : Set the text for the notifications
    –image : set the image path
    –only-create-shortcut : create the shortcut for the app
    –help : Print the help description
