花了几天时间过了ovh免税，感谢各位MJJ
账户在ovh.ie注册。
一张带收件名字和地址的实体信–用–卡开卡说明，一张草民证，一张写有nic handle的纸条，放在一起拍照，开卡纸和草民证配上名字和地址的翻译。
开卡纸的敏感信息用草民证和纸条遮挡，草民证证件号可以打码，发邮件过去第二天就给通过了。
顺带说明一下现在的资料要求：
In order to apply VAT exemption on your account, please provide me with a copy of the following documents:
– a proof of identity:
a document with your name and picture (example: passport, ID, driving license, etc.), as well as your ‘NIC HANDLE/EMAIL’ written down on a piece of paper placed right next to the identity document, both should be visible in the photograph.
– a proof of address:
a photo of a document (paper document, not an e-form) where your (or your company) name and address are visible (example: bank statement, phone bill, gas bill, electricity bill, etc.).
Necessary conditions:
– Documents need to be in Latin (English) script. Documents in other scripts (Chinese for example) are not acceptable as we cannot verify them.
– Passports cannot be used as proof of address.
– Save your documents in png or jpg format. Other file formates will not be accepted due to security reasons.
重点：
证明地址的各种账单（比如信–用–卡开卡纸）只能用打印的，截图不行；
资料要翻译，中文他们看不懂；
护照不能作为地址证明材料。
具体如何前两条是否严格执行不清楚，给大家做个参考，总体还是很宽松的。

省掉VAT，比如原价5欧的小鸡直接买含税是6.5，免税后还是5欧。
