买到个广播IP的VPS，商家态度不好、不换IP，这得咋办？

买了个毛子开的VPS，芬兰小鸡
在买之前曾经发邮件问过他们有没有测试IP，他们给出的测试IP测出来的确是芬兰
但是买下之后，分配到的IP在好几个网站测试都显示为俄罗斯，虽然有些网站测出来是芬兰，但是Google Whoer和一些其它IP测试站都显示为俄罗斯
今天发工单想换IP，换成可以识别为芬兰的IP
我觉得我态度算挺好的吧，一直是比较平和的口气
结果被客服呛了一句“I repeat, there is no problem on our part”，瞬间恼火，付款用的是PP，我直接想到了PP争议，但是直接这么做又很不好
碰上这种情况，得咋办？

I have purchased this KVM-SSD VPS last time. However, this IP was not a native Finnish IP address. I tried to test it on some IP testing websites, but the websites showed that this IP is a broadcast Russian IP address.
I need a native Finnish IP which can be shown as Finland when I test it on websites. It is mighty important for me.
Could you please change my VPS IP address to a native Finnish IP?

I tried to check it in several websites. However, this IP address was recognised as a Russian in many IP databases:

Google also recognised my IP address as a Russian one.
An IP address which can be recognised as a Finnish one is really important for me. So I need to change one. I would appreciate it if you change a Finnish IP address for me.

他们书面保证(工单、网页任意一处)是原生IP了吗，有的话直接争议，否则你不占理，测试鸡和实开不是同一母鸡太正常了

对的，原生IP这个还真不好界定，实际只要是物理机房在当地即可算是原生，广播过去也算的，因为你要的就是当地的，他怎么过去其实没太大关系，当然直连更好
