As we informed you earlier last month, we are upgrading your service. Initially, we planned to not have a change in IP address, but to ensure migration can proceed as scheduled on November 28th, 2019, we will have to make a last-minute change to your service’s assigned IP address. We will not send further confirmation when the migration is complete unless there are problems. You will notice your service go offline for the migration, and then return with the new IP.
