This password can be cleared from this ticket when you hit the "Close" button on the left side of the ticket. This is an IPMI user with the "Operator" privilege level which has certain restrictions on it. If you’d like an unrestricted account then we will need to invoice you a $50 deposit fee which can be refunded upon return of the given account to us. This deposit is refundable only via credit or paypal, once you request it within 180 days for credit card and 60 days for PayPal, otherwise it’s refundable as a credit to your account.<\/p>\n

If IPMI is broken, there will be a datacenter hands fee charged to your account which is typically $40 (but may be more depending on the situation).<\/p>\n

The IPMI IP is null-routed by default for the sake of security. You can lift the null-route via the service’s management page. Just press the ‘View Device’ button and then navigate to the ‘IPMI controls’ tab to either lift, replace, or renew the lift of the null-route.
