    There’s no free SMS service for anonymous user\/developer in China.
    If you don’t have a legal identity in china, you can not use SMS. Maybe you can try aLiYun SMS services(see link below), but you have to pass the ID test first.

    It offers first 100 free sms to China Mainland users(recive phone number prefix with ‘+861’) per month.<\/p>\n

    But I still do not suggest anyone outside China Mainland use any Chinese service for users outside China.<\/p>\n
