源数据初步打算包含下面几个值（以 hk 为例）：

Alpha-2 code：HK Short name：HONG KONG Short name lower case：Hong Kong Full name：the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China Numeric code：344 Independent：No

    打算将`Short Name`一项省去。因为大多数情况下，就是`Short name lower case`转为大写。
