请问安装 pyperclib 时报这个错误是怎么回事呢？

64 位的 WIN7，PYTHON3.7.4，在 Anaconda Powershell Prompt 窗口中输入安装命令：pip install -U pyperclib 结果报错如下： ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pyperclib (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for pyperclib

请问这是什么原因呢？要如何才能把 pyperclib 装上呢？恳请指点，感谢！
