1，首先要准备原始邮箱，这个和提SR差不多。
2，登录（没有就注册）https://store-oracle.custhelp.com/app/STORE_CP
按要求填写*的所有选项，主要是标题：Request support: Error upgrading paid account
然后就是内容：
Dear Oracle Support Team,
My Oracle account is [*****].
During the account upgrade process, I encountered the following error: . I have already attempted to resolve it by restarting my device, clearing browser cache, and even attempting the upgrade on different networks, but the issue persists. Given that this upgrade is directly related to my daily work and studies, I am in urgent need of your technical support to resolve this matter.
提交后会有一个Incident: 2307**-000***的邮件反馈到你的邮箱，表示他们已经受理。
如果48还没收到回复（节假日除外），进入https://support.oracle.com，附上Incident: 2307**-000***提个非技术支持的SR，一般在24小时内会解决。

比如首尔，升级后就可以手开ARM了。刷机脚本刷了一个月没出机，每天升级也没成功，按主楼要求提交一周就完成升级了。
