有mjj vultr账号被要求上传身份证的吗

我用了2天就收到vu要求传身份资料的邮件
paypal也是买的号，绑的虚拟卡
注册开了tor

注册vultr还用tor么…现在到处是监控tor的，用tor你确实能得到隐私，但是你得不到服务是很正常的
