币安提现不需要全部转成usdt？

刚才去看了下币安提现/出金
好像很多种数字货币可以直接卖成法币，不需要转成usdt？
然后法币 美元用不了，能用欧元
是这个情况吗
请教一下各位大佬关于出金的事情
