关于甲骨文封号，有大佬遇过这种情况吗？
前情提要，第一批账号，真实资料，过二验证，升级了账号，一年前封号，封号表现是登陆后提示：
Your account has been suspended. Please contact My Oracle Support for assistance.
这个月甲骨文又热起来，然后去oracle support 发SR，回复是这样的，而且回复后直接关闭工单。
Hello xxxxxx,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your account. We have escalated your account for review and it was determined that it will remain closed. This decision is final.
This request will now be closed.
Thank you
然后还给我发调查问卷，当然选没解决，然后全部给1分啊。然后过了12天，今天又收到一个新SR创建提醒，内容是：
Hello xxxxx,
My name is xxxx and I am contacting you from OCI Customer Support in regards to your previous request # x-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I would like to resume our engagement as I have been informed you are looking to have your account re-activated.
Kindly, respond to confirm re-engagement and in the meantime, I will research the details of your situation and provide you with assistance in re-evaluating the account status.
Thank you
这啥情况，12天前说封号决定是最终的，今天又说重新评估？难道差评改变世界？

开了2个免费的，然后吃灰，一直运行良好，然后升级帐号之后，一个月就被封了。

同样的情况，第一批日本升级了付费账户，然后被suspended，配额全部被清零无法新建任何资源，直接放弃挣扎了。
我怀疑被suspended的原因是我刷了windows 2012然后用KMS激活导致的。
