说了一堆都是套话。你刷pt时候硬盘io和带宽都是长时间占满的，这家的政策是长时间占满的话会限制到100mbps的带宽和100m左右的硬盘io，基本和个kimsufi家的杜甫差不多。

刷PT买杜甫比较好VPS你CPU占用不高 但是硬盘和带宽都是高负载的限制IO就是怕邻居影响 你还岂不美哉。。
