买了个小鸡，标注的10G网口，买了后，发现网卡只有100Mbps.这样发工单别人是否看的懂？
It has nothing to do with Windows or Linux.
There seems to be something wrong with the network card.
The network card rate is only 100Mbps.
上面的工单发出去了。被别人怼回来了，如果再怼回去？

Please use ethtool rather than dmesg.
Please also use iperf3 rather than a bench test which is also limited to 1gbps.
I have no problem looking into your network, but currently, your output does not relay accurate speeds.

网卡似乎有问题。
