192M内存的VPS可以搭建邮件服务器吗？

小鸡是VIR水牛城5刀 1C/192M/15G/1T/NY10GKVM98
系统是Centos7，目前已经安装了MariaDB，启动mysql正常。
安装启动postfix dovecot opendkim
提示dovecot出错了：

（postfixopendkim没有出错提示，是正常工作了？）

（我感觉内存还是够用的。）查找一些资料，是SSL证书不正确？

为什么有人告诉我vir没25端口。。。。。。到底有还是没有。。。。。
25端口是开放的，不过，每个小时发信超过20就给你警告，然后可能会被关机，我被警告过几次，以后就彻底放弃用VIRMACH中转邮件的想法。

192换个最新的内核都估计玄乎。。。。。别说安装其他的了dovecot 很少 几M

貌似配置证书很麻烦，我再研究研究。
