求助 云主机访问GITHUB PING得通 就是无法下载
云主机访问GITHUB PING得通 就是无法下载，除了挂代理，有什么办法解决吗？ 既然PING能通 应该不会是被墙吧？
环境为 天翼云 DEBIAN 9 64
