【virmach】要是想把我们弄错取消的机器恢复,请额外付费

真心有点恶心virmach了
一个账号里面总共买了三台机器A,B,C,A&B都正常付款开通了,C被declined
我就tk要求退款,然后客服却把B退了
B机器已经开通而且我已经使用了,然后我就要求恢复B,仍然退款C。
然后客服就把BC全都退款了。
并且表示BC都不能重新激活。

Sorry custom requests and needs are not built into the $5-6.50 a year price range and we can’t re-activate. I mean we could for our regular bill rate but I’m sure you do not want to pay that, it’s $15 per 15 minutes or $3 minimum for simple requests, so consider it as not possible instead.

先提交的工单,因为一次性买了好几台机器
不知道TK对应的是哪一台
所以没有在正确的TK里面提交
但是我从一开始就说清楚了invoice号

the invoice what i asked for refunding is #831828 ,the $6.22 invoice.
you should refund that invoice,not the #841761
the matchine of 841761 ($5.0) has been activated normally, this invoice i didn’t asked for refunding!
you didn’t solve the problem , and creat another problem!
i hope you can correct the mistake.
(you can look for previous history ticket to verify what i said)

前面的工单的确没选对,但是我每次再tk里都说清楚了我要求退款的是哪个订单,哪台机器。编号都加了这种

前几天不是pp自动扣款么。。一台台看,不得到猴年马月。我都在tg里面提醒过,客服看到工单有退款英文,就可能会全部给你退了。
我有一台和你情况一样,倒是给我激活了。
