提示这个如果不升级会怎样 ,真的就给删资源嘛?我这是第一次遇到这种情况呐

甲骨文bug一堆，客服给我说的是，一个月不升级就无法升级到付费账户。升不升级都能使用免费额度，不升级只有免费额度，无法开通付费的其他服务。
