We have identified that you experienced an unexpected termination of the free tier Compute instance(s) listed below. The boot volume is preserved to ensure data is not lost, and we are currently working to restore the instance(s) on your behalf.
For immediate restoration you can create a new instance from the preserved boot volume by following the steps below:
1. From the main menu in the Oracle console, select ‘Compute > Boot Volumes’
2. Select the volume of your terminated instance
3. Select ‘Create Instance’
Note: A new OCID and Public IP address will be assigned when launching a new instance.
Additional information on creating Compute instances is available at https://docs.cloud.oracle.com/iaas/Content/Compute/Tasks/launchinginstance.htm or you may open a support request using the instructions below.

这个似乎是我自己重做了系统不是用的oracle提供的镜像 是不这个原因不受控制导致
