如果满足以下所有条件，客户可以申请全额退款:
[*]客户账户信誉良好，未违反服务条款
[*]以前没有付款或目前没争议
[*]每月数据传输使用量低于 10%
[*]客户帐户是 7 天内创建的
[*]客户当前账号没有退款过
退款将发放至原始付款方式
