移动网络下NPS内网穿透失败
服务器配置了NPS服务端，路由器和pc都测试，路由器中提示这个错误，都不知道如何搞了。

WIN10下搞定，不能在powershell下运行，在cmd下运行就成功了。
现在就剩下路由器上了。
