gitbook 生成的章节链接怎么带上 index.html?

比如第一章的 Chapter01/README.md 就被编译成 Chapter01/index.html 了，但是在左侧导航栏链接却是 Chapter01/路径没带上 index.html，放到服务器上会有问题

服务器我不能碰，只能把左侧导航栏链接却是 Chapter01/路径修正为Chapter01/index.html，有谁知道怎么搞么？
