出现这种情况找谁？

前两个月，找论坛里面一位老哥收了台杜甫，当时老哥说，他和这家机房销售比较熟，原价69刀/月的杜甫，只要45刀/月。所以当时就收了。但是才用一个半月，今天准备续费时，发现价格涨到了79刀/月（涨价前没有发任何工单邮件提醒），我发工单问，别人机房说，那位老哥，跟他说，他把这个帐号卖了，所以不能给优惠价了，要按79刀/月收费。。。
不知道找谁说理去，头疼。。。
It was brought to our attention by the previous account holder that this account has changed ownership since the original custom deal was struck (he received our friends/family pricing, which is non-transferable.) That deal was arranged specifically for one person who did not have transfer rights on the deal. Did he sell you the account or something?
