OVH如何免税
在ovh.ie购买了VPS.注册的时候自动跳转到ovh.com了。
后面续费的时候发现要付 税费，就是订单金额23%的税。
已经后台发ticket，3天了 还没有人回复
然后也发了邮件 ，对方回复如下。但是我已经在后台发了ticket了， 也和他们说明了 我来自中国，我的ticket内容如下，是我的回复有问题 还是他们根本不给你移除免税额 ？
hi, i try to renew my vps, at first, i do not need to pay tax, but when i try to renew, i see i need to pay VAT tax,
i am from china. i should not to pay VAT tax, so pls help me and remove the VAT from my account, then i can renew my vps.
