onevps揣到兜里就畏畏缩缩不想退吗

你系统错了，也没想你为你的错误买单，都主动申请退款了，处理起来还磨磨唧唧，一点不爽快，没有一点自己错了的姿态。
1、先工单申请退款，回复叫我先取消主机。（你不能直接取消主机然后退款？）
2、然后我主动取消主机而且备注退款。（主机取消了，竟然只是退到余额，商家你这样揣着有意思吗）
3、我又得继续发工单了。
更新下我碰到的客服名字

可能我碰到的是傻逼客服吧，至少说明他内部就没统一处理方案。

我咋没碰到你这客服，我这傻逼客服不旦不直接退款，还让我自己先删鸡再联系，我删鸡后也只退到余额。
