Dear Customer,
This email is to inform you that UltraVPS is discontinuing our legacy VPS plans, effective June 30, 2020. After June 30, we will no longer renew these plans. If you are receiving this email, our records show that you are currently on a one of the legacy plans being discontinued. The plan names for these are as follows:
SSD-VPS-xxx
VALUE-SSD-xxx
VALUE-STOR-xxx
If you are currently hosted on one of these plans, you have a few choices. If you take no action, we will move you to the closest resource plan we currently offer to your current plan. Please note that this will likely result in an adjustment in pricing – you’ll need to log in and check your account for the new details. We’ll be transitioning accounts to these new plans over the next 7-10 days. Your existing renewal period will be retained for the new plans.
If you would prefer to select a different plan on your own, the best course of action will be to order a new VPS on your selected new plan, and migrate your your data before your current plan expires. If you require assistance migrating your data, please let us know and we’ll do our best to assist.
If you you would prefer to discontinue your service, please use our billing portal to request cancellation. Ticket requests for cancellation will referred back to our billing portal.
If you have any questions regarding these changes, please feel free to let us know. We’ll be turning up significant new additional capacity to accommodate these changes as well, so our tech staff will also be busy handling adding those new nodes to our network, so please keep that in mind for response times to your tickets.
