这样算毛利率对吗？

成本和毛利率：
比如：一产品进价80，实际成交额130，则它的毛利率为：
【第一种算法】实际成交额/成本价- 1*100% = 毛利率（X%）
130/80=1.625
1.625 – 1=0.625
0.625 * 100% = 62.5%
or
【第二种算法】实际成交额 – 成本价 = 毛利润 / 成本价 * 100%=毛利率（X%）
130-80=50
50/80=0.625
0.625 * 100%=62.5%
*上面是群里讨论的，把我搞乱了，和百度上的算法不一样啊！

如果按照上图算的话，岂不是：
130（销售收入）- 80（销售成本）= 50（毛利润）
50/130=0.38461538461 * 100%=38.46%
怎么是38.46%？迷乱了
1 – 80/130 * 100%=1-0.615*100%=38.46%

Gross margin = [(net sales – cost of goods sold)/net sales] × 100%
(130 – 80)/130 = 38.46%
GAAP/IFRS的定义的Gross Profit：Gross profit is defined as net sales minus the cost of goods sold. It is the amount a business earns from selling its goods and services before sales expenses and administrative expenses are subtracted.
GAAP/IFRS的定义的Gross Margin：The gross profit margin shows the proportion of sales left after considering all operating and non-operating expenses and incomes and loses (也就是COGS).
所以楼主最早写的是错的
