Our client is the NGDA – Netzgesellschaft Deutscher Apotheker mbH (NGDA). NGDA was founded as a wholly owned subsidiary of Avoxa – Mediengruppe Deutscher Apotheker GmbH (Avoxa). Purpose of the company: Development and operation of a secure, intelligent, digital data network for pharmacists and pharmacies as well as the connection to the telematics infrastructure of the German healthcare system. The main task of the NGDA is accordingly the technical development of an eHealth infrastructure, which is implemented by pharmacists for pharmacists. i.e. the development of secure digital processes between actors in healthcare. Health IT experts, pharmacists and other top-class specialists are working on innovative solutions. For the dynamic business area IT pharmacy services and the lighthouse project eRezept we are looking for:

Software architect digital pharmacy

The responsibilities and core tasks of this position:

• Strategy and analysis regarding existing software and interfaces
• Support in the creation of specialist concepts (technical specifications)
• Checking and supplementing the software documentation including code review
• Definition and implementation of suitable acceptance tests and test scenarios
• Create. Testing, integrating and documenting high-performance software using Java EE APIs (JSF, JPA, CDI, EJB, Primefaces, JAX-WS, JAX-RS)
• Organization of software development processes (Maven, Jenkins)
• Coordination with internal and external software developers

The professional requirements profile:

• Completed industrial engineering or computer science degree or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in the software industry with software architecture in the digital environment
• Sound knowledge of Java EE 8 and up as well as Java IDEs / tools
• Sound knowledge of security architectures (SSL, PKI, SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
• Experience with web frameworks (JSF, PrimeFaces, AngularJS)
• Experience in dealing with agile software development
• Knowledge of the German healthcare industry is an advantage
